NP Technology was born from the thirty-year experience of its founder, Marco Di Giampietro. NP Technology’s mission is to study, analyze and apply new technologies, in order to implement high quality technical solutions capable of making management processes more efficient and modern. The use of paper in our digital age is a thing of the past.

The main objective is the creation of a digital document that can reduce paper, production, distribution, archiving and research costs by 60%.

1. QU-EASY Digital check-in

With only one autonomous wifi hardware, interconnected to the PC and interfaced to the Pms you can digitize the whole check-in operation. The data of the identity document are acquired by the camera of the PC and automatically transferred into the management program and we sign the forms on the electronic instrument. Both the reception operator and the customer carry out the activities in complete autonomy without hindering the actions of each. In addition, the Qu-easy can capture the reservation data by scanning the Qrcode and/or Barcode printed on paper or visible on smartphone and automatically transfer the data to the Pms.

2. Check-out & digital invoicing

During the check-out the customer’s bill can be previewed on the tablet so that the guest is able to check all data accuracy before the payment acceptance. The PDF invoice contains all data including the payment details. Credit card’s receipt with the guest’s signature is also part of the printed document. A copy of the invoice can also be sent out by e-mail (if requested)

3. Document storage

All the documents signed by the customers (registration card, disclaimer, others digital documents), are created in PDF format and are saved in the cloud server NP.
The sending of documents that are stored in the Np hosting server takes place in webservice mode and in real time at the end of the check-in procedure. In the web portal, all saved pdf documents can be searched by querying the database through the different search keys that correspond to the registration card fields.

NP Solution is GDPR certified and as such the Company is extremely sensitive when it comes to manage privacy data. If data are stored in databases (local or remote) they are encrypted. All sensitive information that are sent to third party systems are tunneled via security protocols (HTTPS, SSL or TLS).
