In accordance with the Qualified Law 15/2003, of 18 December, on Personal Data Protection (hereafter referred to as “LLQDP”), we advise you that any personal details you supply through this website will be entered in a file in the ownership of the Associació Actua Clúster de la Innovació i les Noves Tecnologies (hereafter referred to as “ACTinn”), entitled “Contacts” and duly registered with the Andorran Data Protection Agency.

The principal purposes of ACTinn’s collection of personal details and, therefore, of the file referred to, are to attend to your requests for information on the association’s activities and to send you, as appropriate, commercial electronic communications in relation with the association’s activities and those of its members, collaborators and other contacts. In the commercial electronic communications that we send you from time to time there will be an indication of how to remove your name from the mailing list, if you so wish.

In the event that it should be necessary in order to achieve these aims, you accept that ACTinn can allow your personal data to be processed by third party suppliers of services, which, where it occurs, will be carried out in accordance with the terms of the LLQDP.

In any case, ACTinn guarantees to you that the processing of your personal details will be subject to the strictest professional secrecy and that the necessary measures have been established, both technical and organisational, to guarantee the security of your personal details and prevent their alteration, misuse, loss, theft and/or unauthorised processing or access.

ACTinn can also inform you that the personal details requested from you are those strictly necessary to be able to carry out the purposes referred to. However, ACTinn advises you that the personal data and other information that you supply must be true and accurate and that you should communicate any changes which occur. In every case, you are responsible for the veracity and accuracy of the data and information, and ACTinn can, in any case, exclude you from its list of contacts in the event that you have given erroneous or inexact details or information, without prejudice to the legal actions which may possibly be appropriate.

Finally, also in accordance with the LLQPD, ACTinn informs you that to exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition regarding your personal details, as recognised in the LLQPD, you should send a written and signed communication to the e-mail address <cluster.manager@actinn.ad>, attaching a copy of your passport or other national identity document.
